Jon has been in the homebuilding world since he was 20, learning every detail from the ground up—from chicken wire and lathing to leading as a superintendent for some of the region's top builders. Over the course of 40 years and thousands of homes, he honed a deep expertise and passion for craftsmanship. In 2018, Jon set out on his own, creating Esteem Homes to bring his vision of resort-style luxury living to life.

His wife, Dina, a retired high school math teacher, reinvented herself as the company's design lead, head of operations, and licensed realtor—bringing an eye for detail, organization, and beauty into every project.

Together, they've built not just homes, but a family business. Their daughter Cassie and her husband Brandon have joined the team to help Esteem Homes grow, carrying the company forward into the next generation.
